Calin Diamond appeared for the first time in August 2002, when he was born in Cloquet, Minnesota, USA. Being born into a performing family, Calin and his younger sister Arwen literally grew up on different stages all over the world.

Before they were even two years old, Calin and Arwen performed their first magic tricks to an audience of over 500. Captivating the audience with their skill, humor and cuteness.

The performing duo have already attended many magic seminars and workshops learning from world renown magicians such as Michael Finney, Rudy Coby, Jeff McBride, Max Maven, Darren Romeo, Michael Ammar, Jeff Hobson, Shawn Farquhar, Joshua Jay, Martin Lewis, Oscar Munoz, Gazzo, and many others.

In 2009 Calin and Arwen had the rare opportunity to be on stage with one of their revered mentors, Lance Burton at the Monte Carlo Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.

2010 was a big change, as the family moved to Australia, Calin and Arwen decided they wanted their very own show. Debuting their new duo show, the siblings took Australia by storm, busking on the streets and becoming one of the youngest (if not the youngest) professional buskers in the world.

In 2011 the Diamond Duo were asked to perform at the IBM (International Brotherhood of Magicians) Convention in Dallas, Texas. The event attracted spectators from around the world, and featured some of the biggest names and legendary talents in magic.

2012 they began expanding their talents to include a variety of circus disciplines, specializing in high skilled acrobatics, contortion, juggling and aerial apparatuses. They also began studying musical theater, singing, dancing and acting ()both stage and screen).

Early in 2013 saw Calin and Arwen performing their very own 40 min variety stage show in the Adelaide Fringe (second largest fringe festival next to Edinburgh). Later that same year they were asked to travel to the Genting Highlands World Resorts, Malaysia, performing their duo show for thousands of tourists from all over the world.

A highlight of their young careers was when Luis de Matos (Master Magician from The Illusionists 2.0) asked them to perform in Spain and Portugal in 2014. Performing in several gala shows alongside some of the world’s best performers, including Luis de Matos, Mike Caveney and Yu Hojin.

Late 2015, Calin made his debut on a different kind of stage. Performing in the State Theater production of “Mortido”, working alongside Australian famous Colin Friels.

Since then the duo have been in touring in a stage how they co-produced with Dreamstate Circus called “Diamonds Found in Dreams”, and more recently in a touring show with the Australian Company of Performing Arts based out of Sydney.

The Diamond Duo have already achieved what many performers have only ever dreamed of. Captivating audiences of all ages and all walks of life, with over 3,000 shows worldwide. This dynamic duo will capture your heart and mind.
